Booking Your Appointments:

 

Please note we are not a walk-in clinic. If you are registered with our family physicians, you have three options to book appointments with our doctors:

2) Please call us at: 905-237-8628 to book, cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are facing high volume phone calls. If you cannot reach us, please use our online-booking service or send us an email.

3) Please fill in the following form and our staff will get back to you as soon as possible.

4) Please always give us 24-hours notice for rescheduling or cancelling your appointments. Otherwise, $80 no show fee will be charged.
